With our deep experience in deploying legal records systems, we know how important it is for law firms to integrate well with other systems of the firm.  Accutrac XE™ provides an open-architected robust platform that facilitates integration with other applications.  For example, with time and billing systems, it is customary to provide a data link integration to automate the task of entering client and matter information into the Accutrac® records database. Similarly, we can import critical dates from calendaring or docketing systems.  And to support best practices for Records Management, Accutrac can provide the ability for end users to move documents and emails that are considered records of the firm from popular work-in-progress and collaborative systems including Document Management applications, Microsoft Office® applications, and Adobe Acrobat applications, for example.
