As a result of client feedback, Accutrac® has developed scanning functionality that improves productivity and lowers costs.  Accutrac® users have the ability to attach a scanner directly to an Accutrac-installed PC.  This saves steps associated with trying to index records after they are scanned, making these records easily searchable and viewable.  By extending access to additional users, you may empower users at the desktop level to lighten load on records staff.

This integrated solution automates the indexing of scanned images directly into Accutrac® right from a scanning device or networked copier.  Accutrac® also empowers end users by providing desktop integration with popular systems like Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and document management systems to index electronic file records into Accutrac® which can reduce paper costs, and facilitate future search and access of imaged records. Accutrac also automates many tasks that are typically handled via email or forms like records transmittals and new record container requests.
